A2 Milk from Indigenous Cow Breeds
Like Tharparkar, Rathi, and Sahiwal which is sourced directly from the local farmers of Uttar Pradesh.

Initial Milk Quality Checks
The milk is delivered to our factory where it is tested in world-class facilities.

Separation & Culturing of Cream
The cream is separated from the milk and then cultured (curdled) for about 10-12 hours. This step enhances the nutritional value & aroma of the ghee.

Traditionally Created
This cultured cream is further slowly churned to yield makkhan which is then meticulously heated on a low flame to create our deliciously aromatic ghee.

Tested and Packed
Every batch is thoroughly lab-tested using 12 FSSAI parameters.They are then packed in premium food-grade tin cans.
