  • Hi, please start vegetarian diet and working towards vegan with extra supplements for supporting the purification of the body, do daily exercice practice as part of purification as, long time walking for at least 2 hours, though building this up progressively. Ease abd purify the mind with some sort of mediation practise which can be active or non-active for 2 hours per day, for you to choose what fits you most though also building up progressively and finally last though absolutely not least; praying for at least one hour a day which need always being done for the benefit of one more being…working upon body mind and soul giving the only true benefit for a happy life, blessings to you!!!
