The more mellow side of mustard, our Yellow Mustard Oil is gentle enough to let your food's original flavour shine. We use yellow mustard seeds (Sinapis alba), sun-dried and sourced from the farms of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Slow-pressed below 60°C and completely solvent-free to preserve the oil's natural Vitamin E, omega fatty acids and clean, mild flavour. This oil fits into everyday cooking without overpowering it. Nothing is refined, bleached or deodorised, and there are no additives. Every batch is lab-tested and screened for adulteration, so only clean, unrefined oil reaches your kitchenOptions
