Moringa Mathri

Ingredients:
- Wheat flour/atta- 2 cups
- Semolina/suji- 2 tbsp
- Pepper, crushed- 1 tsp
- Ajwain/carom seeds- ¼ tsp
- Cumin/jeera- 1 tsp
- Salt- ½ tsp
- Anveshan Moringa Powder- 1 tbsp
- Ghee- 2 tbsp
- Water for kneading
Method:
- In a large bowl take 2 cups of wheat flour and 2 tbsp suji.
- Then add 2 tbsp kasuri methi, 1 tsp pepper, ¼ tsp ajwain, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp Anveshan Moringa Powder and 2 tbsp Ghee.
- Mix well making sure there are no lumps.
- Add water to the flour as required and knead the dough.
- Take out a ball-sized dough and flatten it with your hand.
- Prick it with a fork to prevent puffing.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.
P.S. You can also store these mathris in an airtight container for a month.
