Moringa Mathri

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour/atta- 2 cups
  • Semolina/suji- 2 tbsp
  • Pepper, crushed- 1 tsp
  • Ajwain/carom seeds- ¼ tsp
  • Cumin/jeera- 1 tsp
  • Salt- ½ tsp
  • Anveshan Moringa Powder- 1 tbsp
  • Ghee- 2 tbsp
  • Water for kneading

Method:

  • In a large bowl take 2 cups of wheat flour and 2 tbsp suji.
  • Then add 2 tbsp kasuri methi, 1 tsp pepper, ¼ tsp ajwain, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp Anveshan Moringa Powder and 2 tbsp Ghee.
  • Mix well making sure there are no lumps.
  • Add water to the flour as required and knead the dough.
  • Take out a ball-sized dough and flatten it with your hand.
  • Prick it with a fork to prevent puffing.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.

P.S. You can also store these mathris in an airtight container for a month.
