Affiliate Terms and Conditions

OVERVIEW

This Affiliate Program is operated by Anveshan Farm. Throughout these terms, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Anveshan Farm. Anveshan Farm offers this affiliate program to approved creators and influencers, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By joining our Affiliate Program, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all affiliates of the program.

SECTION 1 - PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Affiliates will earn a commission of 10% of the final transaction value received by Anveshan from customers who purchase using the Affiliate's coupon code.

Commission is calculated on the net amount actually received by Anveshan, exclusive of: refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, taxes, shipping, or payment gateway fees.

Tracking will be done solely via unique coupon codes assigned by Anveshan. Multiple codes cannot be applied to the same order.

Coupon codes will remain valid for 12 months from issuance unless revoked earlier by Anveshan.

Affiliates must first submit their details (name, platform, contact, Bank Details etc.) to Anveshan to receive a code.

SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION

The Program is open only to creators and influencers approved by Anveshan.

Application to the Program does not guarantee acceptance. Anveshan reserves sole discretion to accept or reject applicants.

Affiliates may be disqualified at any time for reasons including (but not limited to): reputational risks, non-compliance with brand guidelines, or poor content quality.

Participation is conditional upon acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

KYC Documentation Requirement for Affiliates

As part of the onboarding process, all affiliates are required to submit the following KYC documents:

Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) card.

Copy of Aadhaar card.

Copy of a cancelled cheque or proof of bank account (such as the first page of the passbook).

In the case of a minor affiliate, the details of one parent may be provided instead. The parent shall submit their PAN and Aadhaar, along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) clearly stating that they have no objection to the use of their details for the minor's affiliation.

SECTION 3 - PAYMENT & PAYOUTS

Commission is payable only on fulfilled, non-returned, and non-fraudulent orders.

Commission accrues from one month after the Affiliate's code is first used by customers.

Payouts will be made monthly based on eligible orders from the previous cycle.

Payments will be processed via Bank Transfer / UPI (as notified by Anveshan).

Affiliates are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on payouts.

Payment Cycle: Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis, within 15 days from the end of the respective month, subject to reconciliation and confirmation of eligible transactions.

SECTION 4 - PROMOTION & CONTENT GUIDELINES

Affiliates may promote Anveshan only on: Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp and other approved Platforms.

Affiliates may not run paid ads on Anveshan brand keywords.

Affiliates may not make misleading or unverified claims about health, nutrition, or product benefits.

Affiliates may not use Anveshan's brand assets (logos, photos, creatives) without prior approval.

All promotional content must follow Anveshan's content guidelines.

All promotional content must be pre-approved by Anveshan before publishing.

Affiliates must avoid stacking codes with other discounts, offers, or promotions.

SECTION 5 - EXCLUSIVITY & CONTENT OWNERSHIP

For a period of 1 month before and 1 month after an Affiliate's content goes live, Affiliates shall not promote any competing brands in the same product category.

All content created under the Program will be deemed "work for hire" and will be fully owned by Anveshan.

Anveshan may reuse, edit, repurpose, and distribute such content across its channels without further compensation.

SECTION 6 - TERMINATION

Anveshan may terminate an Affiliate's participation at any time, with or without notice.

Grounds for termination include: breach of these T&Cs, reputational harm, misleading promotions, inactivity, or any action deemed harmful to Anveshan.

SECTION 7 - NON-DISPARAGEMENT

Affiliates agree not to make negative, false, or disparaging remarks about Anveshan, its products, or partners in any medium.

SECTION 8 - CHANGES TO PROGRAM

Anveshan reserves the right to amend commissions, eligibility, rules, or other terms at any time.

Affiliates will be notified of material changes via official communication channels (e.g., email, etc.).

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

SECTION 9 - LEGAL & MISCELLANEOUS

Affiliates participate as independent contractors, not employees of Anveshan.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram.

By joining and participating in the Anveshan Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
