A 50% Khapli (Emmer) wheat and 50% six-grain blend — Jowar, Ragi, Barley, Soyabean, Chana and Buckwheat. It's milled slowly in temperature-controlled stone mills, kept below 60°C, so heat-sensitive B-vitamins, minerals and enzymes stay intact instead of being lost to industrial milling. Nothing is synthetically fortified: the calcium comes from ragi and the fiber from the grain blend itself. Rich in dietary fiber and micronutrients like magnesium and iron, it's designed to support gut health and daily nourishment.
