Our Amlaprash is derived from Chakiya Amla (Indian gooseberry) from Rajasthan. Prized for its high fibre and Vitamin C, this variety is blended with Gir cow ghee, Ayurvedic herbs, and khaandsari (desi khand) instead of refined sugar. Unlike conventional chyawanprash, we carefully process the amla pulp to protect its heat-sensitive Vitamin C and antioxidants, so more of the good stuff makes it into the jar.
