Description
Sourced from the rain-fed areas of Maharashtra, our Khapli Atta is milled from Emmer wheat (Triticum dicoccon), one of the oldest cultivated wheat species. We stone-grind it below 40°C, so the bran, wheat germ and natural micronutrients stay intact instead of being lost to the heat of commercial milling. Nothing is refined, fortified or mixed with maida. Emmer is naturally lower in gluten and higher in fiber than modern bread wheat, which is why it digests more gently and breaks down slower — helping with steadier energy and blood sugar through the day.Options
