Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Once cancelled, the amount is refunded to the original payment mode within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or payment partner's timelines.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If a prepaid order is cancelled after dispatch, a cancellation charge applies based on order value — ₹49 for orders up to ₹499, ₹79 for orders between ₹500 and ₹999, and ₹99 for orders above ₹999.
Anveshan reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, non-availability of stock, pricing or listing errors, or issues identified with the personal or financial details provided by the customer.
